Build an AI system the whole company uses, and measure it in money

The foundation course got AI working for you. These two days turn AI into a company system your team can run, with numbers that prove it pays.

ABOUT

Why this cohort exists

After the foundation course, most owners hit the same wall. The system they built lives on their own laptop, the team still works the old way, and month-end totals are still assembled by hand.

These two days fix that. You pick one business problem that moves profit, then build the system that solves it before you leave the room: a page real customers or staff can fill in, AI doing the work where it pays, a human approval before anything risky, and a screen that tells you how much better this month is.

Before you leave, you must be able to change the system yourself, not walk out with an app someone else built and no idea how to edit it.

Foundation course

A system for the owner

A second brain for the business on your own machine, mostly used by you, practised on sample data.

Advanced

A system for the company

Others can run it without asking the owner, it uses real data, and it answers how much better things are than before.

WHAT YOU LEARN

What you will learn

Every topic is done on your own real problem, never a made-up exercise.

1

Find the problem with money in it

Separate work that costs time from work that costs money, then pick one to finish in the room.

2

Set your baseline before you start

How long it takes today, how many you handle, how many slip away, so day 30 can prove the difference.

3

Define your metrics so the company agrees

If everyone counts sales differently, the dashboard becomes an argument instead of a decision.

4

Design the system on one page

Data to hold, screens to build, the flow of work, where AI acts and where a person approves, before touching any tool.

5

Build the real system in plain language

Data, screens and workflow, without writing code yourself.

6

Set the limits for AI and the points a person must approve

What the system may decide, what a person must see first, and what happens when approval is refused.

7

Check before you go live

Accuracy of answers, who can see what, and the data that must never leave the company.

8

Change and extend it yourself

On day two you change one thing yourself with no advisor touching your keyboard, proving you can continue at home.

AGENDA

What the two days cover

Day one gets it running. Day two makes it safe, measurable and ready to hand to your team.

1
DAY 1

Review your current system and pick the problem

Open what you installed in the foundation course, then choose the cost track or the revenue track.

2
DAY 1

Baseline numbers and company metrics

Agree the definitions first, then build what these numbers will measure.

3
DAY 1

Meet the tool and set up your system

A guided tour of the build tool, then every company sets up its own shell before lunch.

4
DAY 1

The one-page system design

Data, screens, workflow, where AI acts, where a person approves.

5
DAY 1

Build the first working version

Your data, the intake page for work or customers, and the main flow.

6
DAY 1

Put AI inside the system

Write the instruction for each point, then test it on your own real examples.

7
DAY 2

Complete the whole line

From intake to result and the message back.

8
DAY 2

The checks before going live

Accuracy, data permissions, what must not leave the company, and what happens when AI gets it wrong.

9
DAY 2

The executive screen

Before and after against your baseline, always showing how fresh the data is.

10
DAY 2

Five real scenarios

Missing data, conflicting data, wrong entries, rush jobs, and work that needs approval.

11
DAY 2

Edit it yourself, then answer the five questions

Who uses it, where the data lives, how people log in, who fixes it when it breaks, and what it costs each month.

12
DAY 2

The handover guide and the 30-day plan

Plus the outline of your second system to build after class.

WHAT YOU TAKE HOME

What you take home

Things you can open and use on Monday, not just knowledge in your head.

1

One AI system for your company

Real data flowing from intake to result.

2

A web page or form that is the front door of the system

Customers or staff can actually fill it in from a phone.

3

The points where AI does the work

With instructions already tested on your real work.

4

The human approval points

Named approvers, and what happens when they say no.

5

The executive screen

Baseline, current numbers, and where work is stuck.

6

Your company metric dictionary

Every number states its formula and its owner.

7

A one-page handover guide

So the team can take over without asking the owner.

8

A 30-day plan

Named people, a start date, and what needs approval first.

9

The outline of your second system

To build on your own after class.

WHO IS IT FOR

Who it is for, and what to bring

A good fit

  • Owners or executives who finished the foundation course and want the system to move from their laptop to the team.
  • Companies with duplicated internal work, staff buried in documents, and people waiting on each other.
  • Companies losing enquiries, replying late, or failing to follow up.

Requirements

  • You must have completed our foundation course, cohorts 1 to 3.
  • Two seats per company. The best pair is the person who can decide plus the person who will maintain the system.
  • Bring real company data, around 20 sample records, plus the numbers you actually decide with today.
  • Bring a laptop and access rights to your own company data.
  • A paid Base44 account for building the system. This subscription is arranged by the learner and is not included in the course fee. We send sign-up instructions and the recommended plan in advance.

Not yet a fit

  • Anyone who has not taken the foundation course, because these two days build on a system you already have.
  • Anyone coming only to listen, without real company work to build on.

If your real data is not ready, we provide a set from our simulated business case library so you can practise every step, though the resulting system will not plug straight into your business.

INCLUDED

Included with Advanced

1

30 days of follow-up support

Four checkpoints: day 3 fix what breaks on first use, day 7 confirm people are actually using it, day 14 tune the system and instructions, day 30 measure against your baseline.

2

The blueprint for the second track

The track you did not build in class comes home as a blueprint with the order of work.

3
BONUS

The prompts and skills we actually use

Prompt Studio, Business OS Studio, and a library of over 100 skills.

4
BONUS

The automation set our own team runs

Adapt it to your own work immediately.

5
BONUS

An advisor for your organization

Ask which toolset fits your own organization, within the 30-day follow-up window.
