Questions before you decide

01Never used AI — can I keep up?+

Absolutely — most of our learners start from zero. We teach in plain language, no code, with coaches beside you as you build. World-class research agrees: beginners gain the most from AI.

02What do I need to bring?+

One laptop and your own business data (product list, rough sales, pending work) — the lab provides everything else.

03Is my business data safe?+

Your data lives entirely on your own machine and accounts — we don't store it, see it, or ask for copies. That's been the lab's iron rule from day one.

04Can I really keep using it after class?+

Yes — everything is set up on your own machine during class, not on an instructor's demo machine. And LAB+ includes 30 more days of coaching.

05My business is tiny — is it worth it?+

The smaller, the better the payoff — you do every job yourself, so every hour AI saves comes straight back to you.

06What language is it taught in?+

Taught primarily in Lao, with materials in Lao and Thai — you don't need English to get the most out of it.
